Arthus is a Brazilian musician currently living in Denmark. He studied at the Malmö Academy of Music. He has spent years of his career traveling and studying South American rhythms that blend with jazz.

In his work he combines different rhythms resulting in beautiful new sounds full of body and technical expertise. He sings in Portuguese, Spanish and the indigenous Guarani, learned through self-study and from his Paraguayan family. He has released no less than 7 albums to date, ranging from free jazz, songwriter songs, latin jazz, MPB (Brazilian popular music) and folkloric music.

The concert at Café Floréo will feature music from his new vinyl album ''Ano Sabático'' and some Brazilian classics. Accompanied by bassist Sarah Verelst and drummer Natan.
